Danni found her path in specialty coffee when she was taking on her Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts back in the Philippines. A one hour seminar opened her eyes to the possibility of complex flavors in coffee. With so much questions, and lack of resources even in an arts school, she continuously searched for answers, no matter where it takes her. It started with learning about pour over.

Pour over is what brought Danni to dive deeper into coffee. Listening to podcasts while making coffee. Understanding the whole operation of the coffee chain brought her to a diverse path of the industry. With a unique perspective in mind, it has been her goal to speak with the intent to serve those whose hands bring excellence in our everyday cup of coffee.

Learning her ways through coffee farming, processing, roasting, production, & being a barista made her feel credible enough to learn the business side of coffee, and later on lead as an example to the future entrepreneurs of the industry, for her home, both Hawai'i & The Philippines.
